These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Bitsafegroup and the investment services offered through this website. By creating an account, funding it or placing an investment, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use our services. How we handle your personal information is covered separately in our Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your country of residence. You are responsible for making sure that using our services is lawful where you live. We may decline or close an account where we believe this is not the case.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering and to keep it up to date. One person may hold one account. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity that takes place under your account. Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
Each plan states its rate of return, its minimum and maximum amount and its duration before you commit any funds. The applicable terms are those displayed on the Plan page at the moment you place the investment, and they remain fixed for the life of that investment. Returns accrue for the stated duration and are credited to your account balance. Published rates are indicative of the plan you select and do not constitute a guarantee of profit.
Investments are funded through the payment options shown in your dashboard. Funds are credited once the payment has been confirmed. You must only use payment methods that belong to you, and you must not fund your account with money obtained unlawfully.
You may request a withdrawal from your dashboard at any time. Every request is reviewed by our team before it is released, so payouts are not instant. You are responsible for the accuracy of the payment details you supply; we cannot recover funds sent to an address or account you entered incorrectly. We may ask you to verify your identity before releasing a withdrawal where we are required to do so, or where a request appears irregular.
You may earn a commission on investments made by people who register through your referral link, at the rate published on the site. Commissions earned by creating duplicate accounts, by misrepresenting our services, or through unsolicited bulk messaging may be withheld and the account concerned closed.
Investing carries risk. The value of digital assets can move sharply and past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results. You should only commit funds you can afford to be without, and you should take independent financial advice if you are unsure. Nothing on this website is a personal recommendation or financial advice.
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or another member's account, not to interfere with the operation or security of the site, and not to submit false information. Automated collection or scraping of the site is not permitted without our written consent.
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that we are legally required to act on, or that shows signs of fraudulent activity. Where an account is closed and no such issue applies, any balance properly due to you will be returned.
We work to keep the platform available at all times, but access may be interrupted for maintenance, updates or reasons beyond our control. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for loss of profit, or for losses arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure or from payment details you have entered incorrectly. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the one that applies, and the date at the top shows when it last changed. Continuing to use your account after a change means you accept the updated terms.
